Arne Ljungdahl, Member of the board
Arne Ljungdahl, a veteran executive within the broadband industry brings over 20 years of experience in telecommunications. Ljungdahl represents a unique combination of entrepreneurial skills and broadband industry knowledge. As a founder and former CEO of Proxilliant Systems Corp, Arne brought the company to the forefront of the Cable Broadband Market and the center of the rollout of triple play in the broadband cable networks. He has successfully established Proxilliant as an US based international supplier for the cable industry.
Ljungdahl have previously successfully founded several start-ups, among the SpaceNet AB, a technical forerunner in PayTV systems technology, Quiqom Systems, a MoCA broadband supplier. This demonstrates his expertise in the planning, developing, and delivery of complex and innovative telecommunication systems. Ljungdahl previously held senior roles with the Ericsson Group, where he worked in marketing and project management for larger international projects, including different technologies such as DECT, WLAN, GSM and UMTS. Arne holds an M.S.E.E. degree from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He has numerous patents in the telecommunications industry and frequently speaks at major industry events.
Hans Herdensiö,
VP Operations
Hans Herdensiö
is an
accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in the
cable and telecommunications industries. As VP of
Operations at Quiqom, Herdensiö is responsible for supply and
operations and for managing relationships with strategic
manufacturing, technology and sourcing partners.
Prior to entering the Q-LAN project, Herdensiö have been a successful
entrepreneur and co-founder of several startups in the
telecommunication arena like the Quiqom group of companies,
with development and manufacturing facilities in
Scandinavia
and the Baltic’s. Prior to that he served as Director of
Business Development at a subsidiary of the Swedish PTT, Teli,
where he was responsible for developing new technologies and
products. Earlier in his career, he held various senior sales
executive roles at KLN-Ultraschall and Amlab in
Germany
.

Lill-Ann Sondal, Chief Financial Officer
Lill-Ann Sondal brings 25 years of financial experience in fast-growing, international companies to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Quiqom. Sondal is responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting, tax strategies and legal efforts for the company.
Prior to joining Quiqom, Sondal served as Financial Manager at Sev. Dahl AS , Storebrand & Norden and Kjell Amundsen AS in Norway and Dican in Sweden.
Sondal earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hegdehaugen School in Oslo, Norway
Mats Sönnfors, Research & Development
Mats Sönnfors is a software veteran with more than 20 years of experience
in system development and software design. His expertise includes real time solutions for embedded systems, RF systems engineering and database applications.
Prior to joining Quiqom, Sönnfors was involved as a consultant within the Swedish industry such as Philips, ATG, Digital Equipment and Ericsson in projects comprising betting systems, cable TV networking, banking, GSM and WCDMA mobility and WLAN communication. At Quiqom he is responsible for the system design and development of the quiqom broadband access system.
Sönnfors earned a Master's degree in engineering physics from the Royal
Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
